Program Description & Educational Objectives
In this activity, experts in pancreatic malignancies discuss standards and advances in treating pancreatic adenocarcinoma and neuroendocrine tumors, as well as practical strategies for managing pain, biliary or gastric obstruction, and venous thromboembolism.
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Assess the latest efficacy and safety data related to the use of established and emerging chemotherapeutic agents and various combinations in pancreatic cancers, and apply the relevant data to treatment plans of patients with these malignancies
- Evaluate the current evidence on the benefits and limitations of targeted therapies in patients with pancreatic malignancies, and develop strategies for optimal integration of these agents into existing treatment protocols
- Develop plans for effective management of disease- or treatment-related complications common in patients with pancreatic malignancies
Target Audience
This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and other clinicians involved in managing pancreatic malignancies.
Requirements for Successful Completion

There are no pre-requisites and there is no fee to participate in this activity or to receive CME/CNE/CPE credit.
